Programs Offered

Each program has been carefully crafted by yours truly, using my wellness expertise. 

I help you uproot the unhealthy thoughts, mindsets and behaviors that are keeping you stuck. As your coach, I provide you with the necessary tools and support (better believe I will be cheering you on along the way!), to take action so you can leap over your roadblocks and begin thriving! Together we disentangle issues such as:

  • feeling depleted

  • challenging relationship with food - stress eating, overeating, binge/restrict cycle, obsessive thoughts around food

  • sugar cravings

  • lacking a healthy rhythm with movement

  • body image struggles

  • stress and feelings of overwhelm

  • impaired sleep

  • energy crashes throughout the day

Yes, education is included, but also A LOT of personalized, practical application empowering you to truly experience positive changes in your life and well-being.

All programs begin with a 1-hour in-depth consultation and kick-off to your wellness journey. Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes and include email support between sessions.

 Refresh - One month (3 sessions)

Feeling depleted and ready to be revitalized? Then this program is right for you!  Together we create an action plan to reclaim your glow through upgrading your daily rhythms, food and lifestyle habits. I provide you with the guidance, encouragement, and accountability to recharge your energy and joy. 

Renovate -Three months (6 sessions)

Ready to say goodbye to fad diets and rigid food rules? In this more in-depth program, I’ll help you ditch dieting trends for good and discover the key elements to eating from a place of both nourishment and enjoyment. I’ll help you discover what foods make you feel great and tap into your body’s unique hunger/fullness cues.

We’ll delve into movement as a vehicle for increased vitality and discover what forms of movement work best for you and fit within your life.

Also included, personalized support with designing your days, improving your sleep and tackling your stress to take your well-being to the next level.  This program will help you nix food drama and equip you to show up in life with more energy, confidence, peace and presence. 

Rebuild -Six months (12 sessions)

We are taking it down to the studs girlfriend!  This transformational program will leave you feeling like you just embodied an episode of Fixer Upper.  Together we will tackle the thoughts and behavior patterns that are causing you to stay stuck in your relationship with food and your body. This program is right for you if you recognize that food and body insecurity has been stealing your time, energy, and joy for too long and you are ready to commit to making lasting changes. 

This program includes everything from the 3 month, plus additional support and individualized material to help you truly transform from the inside out. If you are ready to dig deep, I promise to be your biggest cheerleader motivating you along your journey.
